I booked in my rogue to have the roller tray fixed, as its not opening and this has been raised by Toyota as a problem. Booked in (5 Days Prior) dropped my Ute off, left and received a phone call 30 min later to come back as they didn't have the parts. Somewhere in the 5 days leading up to dropping of my Ute off you would think, even on the day i dropped it off, someone within the service department would've let me know and not wasted my time, to let me know we have no parts.
