I had to go back to lander for my second new car purchase cause how good the first experience was and once again couldn't be happier with customer service I received. Special thanks to Michael! was looking for a new car, ended up somewhere else but the people here were friendly, polite and not pushy.
Worst service. Sales Rep wasn't interested in the sale and very poor service, didnt want a bar of me. After putting a deposit on the vehicle had no follow up. Been following up for a invoice to make the payment for the vehicle I am trying to purchase for pass 72 hours. No reply to emails, no call back.. Sale rep dosent want to answer my calls or call me back. This is unacceptable, I would be out of business if this was a service I provided to my customers.
