Imagine you call 10 times per day and no one answer your call either in sales or service. Imagine the sale rep tells you your car is booked for such date and you go then they say your car is not booked. Imagine they back order a part for you and you wait 6 weeks with no update, after 10 phone calls they say yesterday it's here, if it's there why no one bothered to call and provide some updates?
I have tried for two days to book a service - phone calls, online chat etc - still no answer! Is this their idea of customer service?
I got sold a lemon, paid $40,000 for brand new Mitsubishi triton in April 2025 and after one week issues started to come up one after the other.
