The plaza here is beautiful. It is a real gift to the community.
Phil's and his associates failed to due their due diligence. Nearly 5 years after purchasing my property and title insurance someone I've never seen or heard of came up to my property claiming they where owners of an easement through my property. They claimed there exists a document from 70 years ago which expresses ownership. Prior to all of this about 6 months after the purchase, I had been in the owners office several times to address some issues we had with trespassers.
