Dealing with a right of way issue for MN Power. Land service company has come in with incredibly low offers which are down right theft. We came back with a less then fair counter offer on our end and they want to try to strong arm in court. First meeting our agent was professional. Second meeting he was incredibly rude and threatening. We will be seeing this company in court and they can sort it out.
