Everything was fine. The service department was able to get me in the same day I called and were ready for me when I arrived. I was able to wait for the car and the work was completed within 15 minutes.

My wife and I were returning home from visiting Arizona when we experience car problems. We were 50 miles away from Albuquerque when the problems occurred. I call and spoke with Jeff at the dealership and he advised me to bring our vehicle in. We immediately drove to the dealership and left our vehicle there for repairs and drove a loner car home. Jeff kept me informed on our vehicle issues up to the car being ready for pick-up !!
Scheduled my 2000 Jaguar S-Type for service and was very well received. Great service was provided.
Our car drives like a dream and we love it. Our dealer did an excellent job of showing us all the new cars and then he happened to mention a used car that was traded in for a new Jaguar. He showed it to me and my wife and we were so surprised that it had such a new look and feel to it as the new cars. Our dealer was friendly and answered all of our questions and my wife just had to have the car.
