Amazing customer service! Unexpectedly offered us a loaner car which we accepted (was extremely helpful.) Car service was completed in a very timely manner. Vehicle was thoroughly cleaned inside and out. Every person we spoke with was extremely friendly and professional. We give them a 10+ !!!!!!

Bought a Range Rover a couple states away and didn't have time to last minute drive to Spokane for water damage that got one my parts, the service and sales department was sooo beyond helpful with helping me find my problem and finding pieces to fix it! Vehicle is completely running with no problems now! I couldn't thank them enough!!
Horrible experience at service. Took my $110K Jaguar in for an oil change and after I got home found a huge scuff\scratches in the front of my bumper cover. I know every inch of my convertible but after speaking to service, auto nation and Jaguar of North America the dealer would not even cover half of the cost for repair..... Disreputable to say the least. Take your car to Seattle for service.
My out of warranty 2011 RR Sport's battery died without warning. After a jumpstart from my coworker didn't work, I called the service department to ask for advice. I told them where I was and 10 minutes later, two wonderful service techs arrived at my place of work, took out a jump box, got me running and followed me back to the dealership. 30 minutes later, I had a new battery and I was on my way. Thank you for the above and beyond level of service!
