Took my Velar in for it's regular service and again was not disappointed by the whole LRS team. The service was exceptional and finished ahead of the estimate. No surprises and the work was completed. The service area was clean and all appropriate measures are being taken.

Twice over the past year I have had the pleasure of meeting Paul in service who is extremely helpful, courteous and concerned about customer satisfaction. A great face to Land Rover Spokane. Although these visits were for updates and standard checks, they are very accommodating as we live quite a distance from the dealership. Car always hand washed and looking great when returned.

I was in for a recall on my SUV. They treated me with respect and answered all my questions. My car was so clean when I picked it up. They completed the work in the timeframe that they promised. They shuttled me to the mall while my car was being worked on. I was extremely happy with the service.

I’ve been bringing them my 1998 Volvo V70 since 2016 when they were still an authorized Volvo service shop. I’ve spent over $11,000 here, despite feeling sidelined for having an old Volvo instead of a new Land Rover or Jaguar. I continued to bring my vehicle here even though I felt like the service I was getting had been in decline for a couple years. But after my last service, I won’t be back. they completely screwed us over a 400 dollar service I've had to pay over 3200 dollars for a car that didn't exist because land rover spokane still hasn't cut a check to the bank for 400 bucks but hey its only been 6 months bank says it usually only takes 2 weeks
