Land Rover Brooklyn at 809 Neptune Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11224 does bait-and-switch charges. They do not disclose charges upfront and charge $569.99 per issue that you ask about. They also run diagnostic tests that they put as mandatory so that you have to pay for them. They will not release your car unless you pay for diagnostic charges, $569.99 per issue, without any repairs. It is a $300 per day storage fee for each day the car is not picked up. I Recommend zero stars poor service 1st- put in a request for service online and once I got there to drop off vehicle was told never to use online service but after numerous calls to make a service appointment online was my only hope.
