Land Rover of Reno could improve by getting rid of the behavior that Mike in finance has shown to us in the last month. Over 3 weeks ago we asked for call back regarding a loan we paid off early. We’re told by the girl who also works in finance that he needs to be the one to resolve our concern. I’ll make sure friends and family never use your finance department and they might be better off not using your car lot to begin with.

Always so professional, helpful and service for my vehicle is always in a time window that they give, even if I have to hang out the dealership wait room it is always pleasant, has coffee, goodies and an media area where I can plug in electronics with wifi.
