While I enjoy driving my Range Rover, it has had a front end knocking noise and chattering when turning for over a year. I have taken it to them multiple times and they have misdiagnosed it each time. I don’t believe that they are willing to take the time to figure out what is going on inside my transfer case while it is still under warranty. I have another appointment scheduled in a couple weeks (soonest I can get in), but as of right now I have to rate their service department as very poor.

Service department is horrible. I have purchased 2 Range Rovers from them and this was my first experience with the service department and it could not have been worse. I will never purchase from this dealership again because I don’t want to have to deal with service.
