Jaguar Service at Chantilly Jaguar Very rarely could you find a car dealership that you actually feel good about. Chantilly Jaguar has been that rare dealership that has provided me wonderful service on my 2003 Jaguar XJ. The are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help.
Trained professionals The service managers are always going on training from what the receptionist told me. Customer service is there top priority and they get trained on it all the time. They do a great job on cars and Rosenthal LR puts both there dealership service department threw workshops to make sure the job they do is right the first time. I was very impressed that my car was being worked on by professionals.My service guy asked me to write a review since I have been a repeat costumer with them.
Very nice shopping experience I recently visited Rosenthal Jaguar in Chantilly. My experience there was wonderful. I was in the market to buy a used Jaguar. Everyone there at the dealership made me fee comfortable. â¨The showroom is beautiful and clean. My Salesperson explained all the features of the used Jaguar XK convertible and was very patient with me. The whole experience was very enjoyable.
Jaguar sale review Found a Jaguar XF on the website of Rosenthal Jaguar and fell in love... Called up the sales person and told them if they can make me a deal I can't refuse then I'll come down in one hour to pick up the car. The salesman worked competently and honestly gave me a deal i couldn't say no to and with professionalism and honesty. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. I respect a business man that respects my business. Thats exactly what I received at Rosenthal Jaguar in Chantilly!
very good This dealership was very upfront and patient in dealing with me on a new Jaguar. I spent several days on the phone and through email with my salesperson trying to work out the right deal and was very happy with the quick response.
Classy Dealer I actually enjoy taking my vehicle in for service at Land Rover Encino. They make you feel comfortable and not worried. They explain in detail every step of the way what they are doing. I would definitely recommend taking your Range Rover there.
