Great place with great people I was in town for the week and needed an emergency repair. Land Rover Cary was able to fit me in, and their technician, Jeff was able to fix my problem, all in the same day. Thank you Jeff and the rest of the staff!
They go above and beyond! After dealing with the frustrations of other generic repair shops, who were unable to resolve any of the issues with my vehicle, I booked an appointment with Land Rover. Not only were they able to resolve ALL of the issues with my vehicle in what seemed like no time at all, my technician, Jeff, was able to very easily describe to me exactly what was causing the issue and how he was able to make the repair. sigh of relief Unfortunately for me, 2013-2014 has been the year for car repairs and tune-ups. Fortunately for me, a friend recommened the cary land rover when I moved to the area from out of state. Jaguar Service at Chantilly Jaguar Very rarely could you find a car dealership that you actually feel good about. Chantilly Jaguar has been that rare dealership that has provided me wonderful service on my 2003 Jaguar XJ. The are extremely helpful and will go out of their way to help.
Jaguar Landrover Of Chantilly is A1 I recently purchased a 2009 jaguar and am absolutely in love with my car not only because it is a JAG, but I was mostly satisfied the experience in purchaseing my car the staff was very friendly and helpful!!! Trained professionals The service managers are always going on training from what the receptionist told me. Customer service is there top priority and they get trained on it all the time. They do a great job on cars and Rosenthal LR puts both there dealership service department threw workshops to make sure the job they do is right the first time. I was very impressed that my car was being worked on by professionals.My service guy asked me to write a review since I have been a repeat costumer with them.
Jaguar sale review Found a Jaguar XF on the website of Rosenthal Jaguar and fell in love... Called up the sales person and told them if they can make me a deal I can't refuse then I'll come down in one hour to pick up the car. The salesman worked competently and honestly gave me a deal i couldn't say no to and with professionalism and honesty. I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process. I respect a business man that respects my business. Thats exactly what I received at Rosenthal Jaguar in Chantilly!
very good This dealership was very upfront and patient in dealing with me on a new Jaguar. I spent several days on the phone and through email with my salesperson trying to work out the right deal and was very happy with the quick response.
