Although the vehicle sold shortly after I contacted them they we’re pleasant in communication and keeping me up to date.
After driving for over an hour to get there I waited for about 15 minutes for a sales person, that I made an appointment with, he had a porter pull up the vehicle and promptly disappeared. I waited another 25 minutes and never had a sales person show up. I left without even driving the vehicle. They clearly did not value my time.
I was never provided a Final Vehicle Price. I am sure, that it was because I was trying to buy the car over the internet. They were unable to determine if I would be financing the car thru them, so they had no interest in providing the information.
They are great! I would shop with them when in the market for a vehicle.
We had a great experience with the dealer as it turns out this opportunity was just not a good fit and timing for us.
Sam was amazing in doing his part and the dealership team was all very nice and helpful.
Can’t say enough great things about my experience with Land Rover Northfield! Outstanding and no pressure. Purchased a vehicle from them! It was the best car buying experience I have ever had.
