I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Land Rover Mission Viejo has been extremely disappointing and unsafe, and I feel obligated to share it. I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Full Size from them in July 2025. I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and was being sold as-is. Within just a couple of weeks, the trunk stopped working, and the right window and seat controls started jamming. We had an exceptional experience purchasing our Defender with Tim. His communication skills were outstanding, he was extremely knowledgeable about the car, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and top-notch.
