I did not visit the dealership in person. Instead, I called the new sales department, where Mo answered the phone and was extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to my needs, provided photos of the vehicle, and worked the deal with me entirely over the phone. I informed him that I would be traveling for a week, and once I returned, I would contact him so he could arrange to have the vehicle delivered to me, since I live and work in Orange County.
If you are in LA and you are ready to shop range rover DO NOT TRY THIS PLACE. I visited the place with my wife and the sale agent called MO who started by lying to me saying he is the sales manager and he is the one who confirm deals. He asked me to go for a test drive which i understand they do it before checking the quotes so you can like and feel the car. Brooke Barrett is the worst service advisor! Makes up her own prices! Be aware to pay triple the price! That’s fraud
Changing my review after a few months of ownership. Sales was great at LandRover LA - when I bought my wife a Sport hybrid… the service department is terrible. Cracked windshield on a new car that makes the car not drivable - takes them 2 months to get the windshield and then doesn’t seem to think this inconvenience is worth offering a loaner. Service advisor had no care or empathy. My next RR is going to be purchased at Santa Monica or other dealership. Ridiculous..
Ask for Elliot he was absolutely phenomenal. He listened and provided exactly what I wanted. Amazing service. I purchased the very same day!! I have interacted with other local Range Rover showrooms and LA branch is far and away the best!!! Thank you Elliot for the amazing service.
