Jose my service advisor provided me with excellent customer service. He kept me updated daily with any changes or additional information about my vehicle.
My repairs were covered by extended warranty. they were very thorough and kept me posted of the progress.
I love the Range Rover Sport that I have, but the service department is not good. This is the second time that I have had my car serviced. Both times they told me it was ready and when I arrived the car was "on line" to be cleaned. Both times I refused the long wait and was given back a dirty car. You would think that after paying over $100K for a car and over $700 for an oil change, that the car would be washed before calling me to pick it up.
Wouldn't recommend this dealership, total bait and switch on a trade in offer. I brought my car in for service and afterwards, they sent me a text offer to sell the car back to them. I was initially quoted a trade-in range of $84,000–$87,000 over text, so I brought the car back in for an appraisal a few months later, and the offer came back at $75,000. Waste of my time.
