I had a very interesting day buying my 2023 BMW 330i x-drive at Tom Wood Jaguar Land Rover Volvo. Chris was my salesman. Chris was very knowledgeable and professional in helping me with my purchase. The whole team at the dealership were extremely helpful and friendly. r
It’s the worst facility. I have a 2021 Range Rover which I bought it brand new at this dealership. The car has key sensor issue since I had it. They have never been able to fix it. Recently I have calls to set appointments to bring my car in for check up other issues. No one return my calls….disappointed
Husband and I had a really good used car buying experience here. While we’re not exactly luxury car people we were never made to feel as though we were out of place or didn’t belong. Process was seamless and the staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
