Contacted Mr Jones today to let him know of a multitude of issues and how dissatisfied I have been with customer service and the collision center which has strung me along for almost a month on the repair of my vehicle. It’s a different excuse almost daily .. parts were lost in transit and there was no tracking number, parts received but wrong part ordered etc.... Service department was not helpful, lost piece off my vehicle, and then charged me to basically tell me I needed new battery and tires which I already knew and told me they did not run full diagnostics on the vehicle. Will not be back.
