My service advisor was extremely friendly and helpful Scheduling the appointment for service. However, I feel like the fees for just diagnosing the issues with the vehicle, are ridiculous. There were three service issues that I had with the vehicle and was asked to pay several hundred dollars for each diagnostic test they needed to run. Also, the check engine coolant level warning was not even addressed, and I didn't realize it until I had the vehicle on the road to my home two hours away. Adrian did great helping us with the service of our Land Rover Defender ! He was very thorough in his findings and helpful with all my questions I had. I highly recommend Land Rover Birmingham and ask for Adrian!!
I had to have a tire plugged and it took 4 hrs to get it done. This was ridiculous to have to wait that long. Your service needs to be better. There needs to be one person taking care of a tire or tires one person changing oil. Like an assemble line. This was the worse I have ever experienced
