Great customer service and friendly atmosphere.
Simple tire replacement went fine and they topped off my fluids for free. Adrian was really nice to my friend and I. I was on a strict timeframe and he got me in and out. He assisted with all my needs. Thanks again for getting my beautiful baby back on the road.
My experience was great. They communicated everything throughout the process.
The dealership’s service department was, as usual caring, professional and efficient. The internal customer service was something different. I had to have the brake pads replaced on a vehicle with 16,000 miles and was not one year old. I requested a consideration of sone reduction to the costs, as the brake repair with this few miles is abnormal.
