I haven't purchased from this dealer yet however they are working diligently on my Defender to fix a few issues that are hard to replicate. The techs and the service manager/advisor keep me in the loop and are readily available for any questions. I trust these guys to get me up and going without any issues. Great people!
They wouldn't let me give zero stars. After 8 phonecalls and getting the run around for 2 months and 7 days I finally had a apt with the service department. Took the day off and drove 2 hours to be told it would cost $250/hour to "look at it" and they were booked out 5 days. What was my apt for then? I should bill them $250/hr for all my wasted time. No resolution, I wouldn't take my lawnmower here for service. Lost this customer for life.
