I deleted my 5 star review from 2013. I’m very upset with this dealership. Needless to say, I only had my 2013 LR2 for 4 years before having to get rid of it due to a MAJOR defect. I’m not a happy camper.
RecommendedAlthough I came in for a servicing, the staff their made my visit, extremely comfortable, and comical. Great customer service. I felt like I was back in the UK🇬🇧
Tim was great! We drove 4 hours to purchase our vehicle and and it was by far the best car shopping experience we've ever had! We love our vehicle. It was a very smooth transaction all throughout. Justin in finance was great as well. Outstanding customer service!
I have never had a good experience with the service of my Land Rover.
I wanted so badly to like their service department. It looks like someone went off road with my truck and didn’t bother to clean it. They left my headlights on so I need a boost to start my car. Never informed me that my problem wasn’t solved due to a secondary issue. Just called and said my car was ready for pickup. And finally someone spilled their coffee in my car and didn’t even try to clean it up! And I paid $983.16 for this, got love it.
