RecommendedWe just bought a new car there and the process was very smooth and easy and it didn’t take long. The staff was great!!! They were all very friendly and helpful and had all of our paperwork ready for us when we arrived to pick up the car. We love our new Jaguar XF!!!!
RecommendedAnthony is my salesman. Very nice and courteous. He is extremely helpful and not pushy. (I do not like a pushy salesman). He gave me good suggestions regarding my Discovery. I definitely recommend anyone to see this dealership. Ask for Anthony. You won’t regret it!!!
They have a poor review rating for a reason. The service at this dealership is absolutely awful. Brought my 2016 Discovery Sport in due to transmission and shifting issues. Scheduled the appt for a Monday and was told they get a chance to look at it yet and asked if it could stay overnight. Apparently they don’t understand the definition of a scheduled appt. The absolute worst dealership I have ever dealt with. During the crisis of COVID 19 they were of zero help and my lease was up. I sent countless emails, comments and voicemails and they never once responded. I rather give my business elseware, with a dealership that values your business. I have sent five emails to their “employee” Chris Rice and he never even had the common curtsey to reply to me. Absolutely awful, wouldn’t recommend to anyone!
RecommendedEveryone was fabulous to deal with at Bennett JLR. Rand Masouh, my salesman, scheduled my appt and had everything ready when I got there. He did a great job assisting me in the process. Moses Bayona finished all the paperwork up easily and quickly. Met Alex Morra, the Sales Manager, who has put together a wonderful team! Again a fabulous experience! Really happy about my Jaguar XE 20d and the experience at Bennett!!
Love my Jaguar F-Pace, however we will never purchase from this dealership again. Extremely poor service department.
