Run as Fast as You Can! As a home owner I expected a company that would not only put someone in my home but ensure that they were somewhat decent people. Within a month of my tennants moving in, I started getting complaints from the neighbors. My renters ended up being theives, drug dealers and thugs. Dang right I ended my contract with Land Ho. If you care about who you rent to don't use these people. I happen to live in the same neighborhood as my rental. If all investors did Land Ho would be out of business.
They are STEALING MONEY DO NOT USE Land Ho THEY USE YOUR TENANTS/PROPERTY MONEY THEY RECEIVE TO PAY THEIR BILLS THEY ARE GOING BANKRUPT THEIR SERVICE IS CRAPPY THEY OWE A LOT OF MONEY to the people who sign up w/them I REPEAT - DO NOT USE LAND HO
Proud Client I am shocked with some of the reviews! I am a investor with 5 properties Land Ho manages. After changing management companies 3 times I feel that hiring Land Ho was the best business choice I have done in a long time. I have been with them for over 2 years. I would highly recommend their services, I do understand tenant's sometimes have to write awful reviews since Land Ho doesn't allow them to get away with anything!!!
