Turned Off Property Owner I own several properties which Land Ho was managing. Over the past 6 months, they have stopped paying the rent to me as promised. I have to call them and email them over and over to get them to send the rent to me, the owner.
Do not use them they are rude They never answer their phones. They will keep your deposit no matter what. They do not care for the properties they manage nor the tenants. If you don't want to live in a nightmare, you better not rent from them.
Unresponsive - Unsatisfactory! Alright... While looking to rent the house, the agent was quick, responsive, returning phone calls within minutes if they were busy or on the phone.
WARNING!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM LAND HO!!!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. I have lived in one of there properties for a year now. When we first moved in, we did an initial inspection for things that needed to be repaired and after one year, they are still not fixed. It took over a week for them to have the septic tank emptied, and we lived with the smell of feces that whole week. Caveat Emptor! Fiance and I just moved into what a beautiful home. From the moment the paperwork was signed and they had our deposit, it has become a nightmare.
mr investor I am not surprised by the many negative reviews I have been reading, but am surprised by the good ones especially the one written by the investor who raves about his good experience and can understand why tenants would write such bad reviews. I am an investor who was managed by Land HO, and found that I am in total agreement with every bad review I have read. REALLY LAND HO??? REALLY? LAND HO SUCKS!!!!! I know you have to pay rent and all but since i have moved in nothing has been done. I have called and called and nothing. They are quick to collect rent but they are not quick to call someone back when there are things that need to be done. Yes they are nice girls in the office. ABYSMAL! DO NOT USE! I have had nothing but horrible experiences with them. Took them months to get non paying tenants evicted. Then took them months and months to rent to new tenants. Then didn't even have the courtesy to tell me I had a tenant. Finally decided to stop pouring my money into the property and let it get foreclosed on. helpful knowledgable We used several agents at this realtor in our new home search and they were all helpful. they were constantly sending us emailed listings to look at and worked around our schedule when looking at homes, we decided not to use them and went with buying our home through an owner direct and when I told them this over the phone I sensed no animosity or attitude, they said good luck in your new home and contact us if we can be of any help. they were so friendly and knew the area great
