I would not recommend land headquarters to anyone who is trying to buy.a Home ,here is why I feel this way. 1 The interest and finance charge is extremely high. 2. The homes are in terrible condition, some more than others. Land Headquarters give you the option of buying the home as is, which they do not disclose what is wrong with the home, and/or how bad a condition the home is. 3 land headquarters gives you the option of getting a contractor whom they deal with to do the repairs for you for much more money added to your c... read more
