I opened this account about 5 years ago, the staff was A1 always joyful when you come in and no issues. About 2 days ago my card stopped working out the blue, due to non payment on a loan. No payment info has ever been sent, no 15 day late letter, no 30 day late letter, best of it the loan account was never able for me to pull. On top of the rep in the bank lies and says she spoken to me when that was never the case! I've had 3 other loans here and never been late, until now. I used to be a big advocate of Lanco, but since the office in Mount Joy moved it has been one issue after another. customer service has gone down hill drastically. (I also bank at Red Rose CU and am seriously considering closing my accounts with Lanco altogether) I loved the fact that we would now have an ATM but that is one of the worst to have to use that ive encountered. i had high expectations with dreary results.
