Lanco was a great credit union, but things have changed. We have been members since 2005. It’s sad, but just attempting to call a branch, is an exercise in patience and determination. Lanco is not responsive. In my experience the woman who processed our loan paperwork at Brownstown (July, 2018) was rude and unprofessional. So much so, that within 10 days of signing the paperwork, we had transferred both loans to Belco. Belco has a totally opposite level of customer service and appreciation toward their members. I am a fellow credit union member not with lanco but with members 1st so we can only use each others atm's and such for withdrawals and to not incur fees. so I just forgot to remove my card I am currently homeless have multiple forms of identification and need my card back but they are unwilling to work with m. literally got money out drove down the block and back no one else used the atm so it sucked my card back in and shut the atm down. now they need someone to come out and remove the card or whatever and reset the atm fo... read more

I became a member with lanco several years ago and things were awesome. Now with new changes this company totally sucks. When you try to call no one answers the phone, but yet when you go into the office tellers are talking and carrying on. I've been thinking of taking my business to Citadel which is very awesome to work with, you get a private loan officer that works with you.
