Honest review from two people in my house hold who have used Lanco. My significant other actually referred me to Lanco because he has had 4 maybe 5 loans over a course of years with Lanco. I have a checking account and then a car loan. I got a loan quickly and fairly easy with no issues. No issues banking. Overall I am satisfied. I feel the need for this review because Lanco has caused a lot of heart ache lately with no remorse or even calls back. With this upgrade, I had to open a checking to coincide with my savings that I had for 17 years. Let me just say that Steve (and the other folks who I was in contact with) were wonderful. They turned what could have been a very tedious and stressful time into a smooth transition. Kudos on taking customer service to the next level.
LANCO has saved me money and time more than once. When I moved from out of state to Lancaster County, my previous bank had no branches and when I had issues they were hard to get resolved quickly. I switched to LANCO and haven't looked back. I actually earn a dividend and get monthly cash bonuses for doing my normal banking. I got a great rate on a car loan too. I love doing business here. They know my name are personable and friendly. Are always doing things and treats for their members and the community. I’ve never banked any where like this before. Plus they have good interest rates and ways to make the most of your money.
