Walked in today with my wife to open a new checking account since we just moved to the area from out of state. Worst credit union ever. I was told when I opened a checking account there would be zero maintenance fees and when I just checked my statement I am being charged $5 for a service I never signed up for. Your customer service representatives and supervisors are rude. They implied I was a liar and laughed at me.
I opened this account about 5 years ago, the staff was A1 always joyful when you come in and no issues. About 2 days ago my card stopped working out the blue, due to non payment on a loan. No payment info has ever been sent, no 15 day late letter, no 30 day late letter, best of it the loan account was never able for me to pull. On top of the rep in the bank lies and says she spoken to me when that was never the case! I've had 3 other loans here and never been late, until now.
