The kindness of this crew was humbling and greatly appreciated. The gentlemen at this great shop treated me and my husband to amazing customer service and showed just what stellar men this valley holds. Kurt donated his time to help make the necessary repairs to thank my husband, who is a disabled vet, for his service. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great knowledge, timely repairs, and amazing service!
I bought a Lawnboy from Ross when he first opened and he was awsome , now it needs repair years later and he is the only one I go to
I did not like my experience with this business at all. When I asked to return some mower blades that I purchased two days prior, the employee gave me nothing but attitude and grief. I was barely able to convince him to accept the brand new, unmounted blades even with the receipt in hand. I eventually was able to return the blades but I was charged a 15% "restocking fee". I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS, FOR TEN YEARS ROSS HAS SERVICED ALL OF MY EQUIPMENT AND I HAVE BEEN TREATED WELL AND HIS WORK HAS BEEN EXCELLENT. TODAY I NEEDED A NEW STARTER ROPE FOR MY MOWER, I BOUGHT THE ROPE AND ROSS INSTALLED IT ON THE STARTER IN LESS THAN TWO MINUTES- I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! I ASK A QUESTION HE GIVES ME THE SOLUTION. they took our lawn mower and fixed it it runs better then it did when we first got it, I'm impressed with their work ethics and friendly serivce, I highly recommend them for all your lawn care equipment, thank you .
I think Ross and the gang down at Turf's are a special group of people and are very knowledgeable in their field of work..I would highly recommend them to anyone for lawn care repairs..It's just nice to see a few people still around that aren't into the big industry of work..at least with them you know WHO worked on your stuff...I'm all for the the small business owners still around trying to make an honest living..Amen!!!!
i have delt with these guy for four years , i have always gotten great service, fair pricing, and calls on the progress . not all repairs on mowers is as easy as some may think , ross has been doing this for over 20 years . he does know what he is doing , and works hard to make sure the job is done right , as well as the other employees their. spring and summer are busy for these guys ,some people dont understand . i am happy to be one of their customers and would recommend them to anyone who wants great service and honesty.... read more
