The folks who provided the great service described below were in the process of buying this business but the seller backed out and they have vacated this business. This review is no longer valid after July 23, 2022. In my experience these folks demonstrated they care about people. Complicated story but they went above and beyond in getting things fixed. These folks are busy so you want to get an appointment.
I got great help. I came in searching for a hard-to-find part. The lady helping me looked diligently.
Came here 2 years ago and the lady was so rude I said I would never come back. Came today for some parts and 100% different experience! The receptionist was nice and she grabbed the mechanic for what she couldn’t answer and despite being down a mechanic and being pulled from his work he was so nice and helpful and found me the parts I needed.
Very friendly help and you got to make an appointment to get your lawn mower in there but it's not a very long wait
