I would give them a poor rating on communication but there wasn't any. A couples of days short of three weeks and no call. Called them and was told I was on the " to call" list. Now they know they need a part and it will be sometime next week before it would be done. I am picking it up with out repairs, can't trust anything they say, that's if they say anything at all.
i thought the service at lance turf was good they had my mower and my trimmer done in an good time frameand it was decent priced compared to what i found around town so i think they good
