Lance Vanzant recently handled a variance request for my mother on her Lake Ray Roberts property and was able to get approval last week from Denton County Commissioners' Court. We are very happy with the result. Mr. Vanzant's knowledge and expertise in this area of law is exceptional and I highly recommend him to anyone needing assistance in this area of law.
Diana and Byron were very understanding, compassionate and wonderful to communicate with during this very stressful time for us. The receptionist was also very kind and caring.
