You could sell trailers that work. I have no heat, the slide out isn't working right and water lines are breaking for no reason. There is no support on the road. The only choice is to turn back and cancel the trip. This will be the second time out of 4 trips that has happened. I want my Forrest river rig back Update. I was at the factory today. We currently own a 2011 1191 on a F350 dually and we love it. Both the wife and I are in our early eighties and two features we especially loved on this camper is the side entry with direct access to the rear bath without having to extend the slide. Perfect for potty stops while on the road. Although somewhat crowded, we can access everything in the camper without having to extend the slide which is handy for having lunch along the road while touring.. We went from a Airstream to a Lance 1995. All in all very happy with our purchase and being associated with LOA.
Quality, layout, service.
Obviously their quality control is really not all that good to many things are slipping by and getting out to the consumer, like our 855s truck camper, Heki skylight no seal at all,wires lift unhooked for blue sea battery separator, no shade on rear window and some other small things
I love my trailer but we have had several problems. The trailer is now out of warranty and another problem occurred. The strut in the outdoor kitchen failed and pulled away from the door causing damage to the door. Upon closer inspection, a rivet was not installed during construction. Warranty/customer service say the missing rivet has nothing to do with the strut pulling away from the door. We bought Lance because it was suppose to be superior quality. light weight and spacious
Best decision we ever made was purchasing a Lance trailer. We have had it 3 yrs and couldn’t be happier. The quality is amazing. It gets us out of the house every other month or so to make sure we use it. We have two dogs that love camping with us. We couldn’t be happier with our Lance.
