Our 2018 1985 trailer is back again for warranty work. The nightmare dealing with Lance begins again.

Our Lance 1685 is a great trailer with lots of storage. The trailer is well built and we have enjoyed many trips over the 4 years we have owned it.
We love our Lance Camper and highly recommend Lance!
Our Lance is not our first TT but we wish it was! It is so well built, thoughtfully equipped, comfortable. We travel 1000 - 2000 miles each year, sometimes more. Going to Alaska again next year (this years’ trips are already planned). We have a 1985 and the size is perfect for the two of us. Roomy with the dinette slide out, small enough to get into remote camp sites easily. Love the twin propane tanks, large water capacity, and double axles.
Terrible customer service. My lance would break every time we used it. I tried to turn it in as a lemon but they wouldn’t do it. The main structure broke and had the go back to factory, water supply broke, the awning fell off, the shower curtain broke, the closet came off main wall, cabinet fell off the wall, the front window wasn’t tempered and cracked.....we owned it for only a year.
