My brand new 2018 Lance 1985 is beautiful but....After owning the trailer for less than a month and using it once I am starting to find some problems. On my first trip the fridge kept shutting off every few hours. Now the back splash has bubbled and separated from the wall. I found cabinet door hinges loose. Love the camper. Having a problem with my bump out on my 2285. I've checked all the usual suspects but can't seem to find where the problem is. My next step is to check the limit switch's but I can't find them. Does anyone know where they might be?
I'm on my third Lance truck camper in 20 years. I've never had a single problem. I've been all the way to the Arctic Circle in two of them. I've never had a leak, appliance failure, plumbing or electrical problem, I've never worn one out, I just keep moving up in size and comfort. I do pay attention to regular inspections and maintenance. It is hard for me to understand why I'm seeing all these problems. For me, Lance has been and excellent investment.
