I am sitting in their parking lot. It is in for the same repair that has now been attempted 3 times. They have had it cumulatively over a year of the three years I have owned it. They have lost my camper tie downs. Today there is also a lady from Florida who is stuck here for the second time without having repairs completed successfully. Thankfully I do not have to drive all the way across the country as she has. This is the real lance life.
We are becoming very frustrated with Lance. We ordered our 2375 months ago and all we hear from the Lance rep is that delivery has been delayed again. We were supposed to take delivery 3 weeks ago and have just received the news that delivery has once again been delayed with no estimate of the new delivery date. We have cancelled one scheduled/ reserved trip because of the delays and are thinking we have to cancel our 2nd and 3rd trips now.

Incredible bad customer service. I had awful experience with lazy days and then since lazy days could just send me the replacement part of a NEW trailer, 1 week old. they told me to directly contact lance. a month latter still waiting for the part! and they stopped replying my emails
We have a 2019 Lance and the side wall below the slide has cracked. I called Lance and they said this is a common issue they don’t know the cause of, and my only option was to drive it 9 hours to the nearest repair place — during a pandemic. Unacceptable. We are escalating our concerns with this warranty issue. Besides this issue, we have been thrilled with our Lance and are saddened by this poor service
Lance Campers and Trailers are good looking and lite.
Have had a 2017 lance 2285 and love it! Yes there are poor dealers everywhere but love ours!
