Everyone is asking about the new Osakas. Yes it should be open in next few weeks!!!! We are trimming plumbing and gas now.

Several new jobs kicking off. Osaka's newest location is roughed in underground, FSU Credit union is roughed in and roof drains complete. Started remodel of FSU QB Brad Johnsons old house on Moore pond. We installed originally in 2001. (He sold a few years later.) Just plumbing America!!!

Can't recommend Lazy plumber who didn't even finish caulking the sink he installed. Asked us, the home owners, to finish caulking the new toilet ourselves. Didn't even take the old toilet. Paid top dollar.

Lance Maxwell Plumbing Inc is the BEST!!!!! The person below that says he overcharged is full of crap. He charges less per hour then most plumbers in town with the highest quality service which has been proven numerous times over the past 15 years. If parts have to be replaced of course you have to pay for it. Hello! You have to pay for the service AND the parts!!!! You are probably some cheap college kid since you have a roommates!!! (must have been your first time ever calling a plumber) His company has THE BEST REPUTATION in Tallahassee over any other company, even those that have been around longer!!!! If he stayed at night you would have paid for after hours just like EVERY OTHER plumbing company in tallahassee would charge. I would never use anyone else!

Lance Maxwell Plumbing is great! I've used Lance Maxwell Plumbing for years now, in 2 different homes. I always just have little jobs, but when I have an immediate/serious problem, they always come right out. Sometimes even when it's not an immediate problem, they come out the same day. I feel like (maybe) I get special treatment because I am a "regular customer", but they are so professional and so hard-working that I'm not sure that's true. The bottom line is that I'd never call anybody else for my plumbing needs and/or problems.

By far the best in town I have been using Lance Maxwell Plumbing for about 7 years now. I run a restaurant and do not have time for mistake or uncertainties. No matter who Lance sends me I know that they will know what to do and how to do it. Another thing that I really like about this company is the way that the plumbers carry themselves. They are clean, well mannered and polite. I can't tell you how important that is when you have customers around. Keep up the good work Lance!

Crooked, Would not recommend to anyone!!! Had a emergency, two water pipes leaked, started to flood my house. Roommate called him out, he stepped in told my roommate that there was a leak (DUH) and turned off the water. Roommate did not know how. Then said it was late and to call us back tomorrow to finish the job. But charged me 240$ (2hrs labor) to do so!!!! 240 to tell me i had a leak and to turn a valve. called Lance himself to reason with him, and he goes on a spiel about his overhead about how he spends so much money in advertisement. I would be happy to pay that much if he actually fixed the item. Furious could only begin to describe it.
