I give them 5 stars because I purchased a car from VROOM, purchased a 2000 dollar extended warranty and lcf had my car a week. Not their fault because could not get in touch with the warranty people. When they were able to get in touch Vroom wouldn’t honor the warranty I paid for! Lcf did not charge me a diagnostic fee. I will buy from them anyway!
