Every time I am in there they treat customers with respect. They fixed my engagement ring which doesn't stay off my finger and didn't try to get me to change it. They respected the fact I wanted it to stay the same. Anything I have ever gotten fixed or purchased and altered, they are quick and I never have any issues with it as I have had from other places here in town. Thanks Lance & Co.!!
Lance and Co did an absolutely phenomenal job repairing my engagement ring. It was not purchased from them, and the setting was already slightly messed up and very fragile. I had also lost stones that needed to be ordered and replaced. They were able to repair it super quickly and the ring is more beautiful than the day I got it. I was exteremely nervous about taking my ring anywhere to get repaired, but they talked me through the whole repair process and the "What ifs".
