Had a grocery list of things to repair after the first time taking it out then I had someone from Facebook who runs their Lance campers told me that someone was going to call me directly that's been almost 2 months ago thankfully the dealer where I bought it from took care of all the repairs������ I don't think Lance makes the trailers that they are known for any more, hands-down one of the worst customer service I have ever come across ! One year ago we purchased our Lance 1985 trailer and we waited to pick it up until this past April. Since then we've had it out on 9 trips, mostly short from 2 to 5 days, and we LOVE it! No major problems, mostly just us learning the ins and outs towing, hooking up, setting up camp, etc. The dealer we bought it from, Parkview RV, did an excellent job of prepping the trailer for us, and had someone spend the better part of a day with us going over how everything on the trailer works to make sure we were comfortable with it si... read more
My wife and I have been looking at a 2017 Lance 2285. We love it compared to other brands out there. It sits much lower than other brands. Has anyone had clearance issues?
