This is my second Prius . I took it in for routine maintenance. Gavin G. was my service advisor this time, very friendly and upfront about costs . Service was done in time predicted and at cost that was estimated. Waiting area was clean and very comfortable. Have been dealing with this dealership for years, always a positive experience.

Rick Hershey was my salesman. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Enjoyed working with him. The whole experience was good. One disappointment was the 1/4 tank of gas. This isn’t on Rick. When I asked about a full tank he said Toyota doesn’t do that. C’mon Toyota ur better than that!
I highly recommend Lancaster Toyota. Had a very good experience and got a really good deal. Kathleen Flichman was our saleswoman and she was great to work with.
