I dealt with Mike Forney at Lancaster Toyota on my recent purchase of a 2019 RAV4 Hybrid. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and I ended up with a really good deal. I am amazed at the mpg the RAV4 Hybrid gets. I have only had it a couple days, but the mpg display is showing 44 mpg. Thanks Mike for a great car buying experience.
Very helpful and friendly. They did not at all treat us like dollar signs. Kathleen Flinchman was an awesome salesperson being knowledgeable, professional and still very personable. Highly recommend her and this dealership. I typically HATE the whole car buying experience, however they made it easy and very comfortable!
