I’m not going to drag out the details of the experience I had today but this place has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It was my first time having our car serviced at the Lancaster Motor Company and it’ll be the last.
Lancaster motors has the best mechanic in Rick Brock! He did an excellent job getting my truck fixed up.
A technician at the dealership installed my caliper incorrectly. The vehicle had to be towed off the road to the closest dealership after. Carl Boyd, service manager made light of the occurrence. Then he lied and told me that he worked with the people at the other dealership previously and that he would call them about issue spoke with Chevrolet/GMC they are intervening. Tripp Wailey please audit your service department. I paid your dealership $1114.29 for improper installation. I am waiting to hear from you Tripp Wailey.
3 years ago we purchased a used truck from here. They seemed to stand behind their products until something messes up then they don’t want to show any sympathy or stand behind their products. Yes it’s a used vehicle but $6000+ later you would think they would care. When I called and spoke with someone they played it off as I got a great deal on a car and I could come and trade the truck in with them....just so they can resell the badly messed up truck to someone else.
