Willie saved our day!!! I called to say my daughter was stuck at WalMart with what I thought was a dead battery.Willie immediately got in his car and went to Walmart. Who does that?? Lancaster Motor Company does that! The service department does that! They even had it towed to their shop. No wonder we buy all of cars from them! Even bought my daughter a used car from them in Feb and not one problem with the car. Thank y’all for Excellent service all the way around.
A bunch of lying thieving people, when it comes to used vehicles, that all they want is your money and take advantage of decent people to line their own pockets, knowing that there are things wrong with the vehicle that you are interested in and they don't tell you but they know!!!! Greed is what that is called, at your cost!!!! They keep pushing at you, knowing how wrong that is, but it is all about getting your money, no matter what!!!! To hell with LMC. Hope and pray they loOse business, because they have lost mine and my families. I had a 32hour drive and they were willing to risk my life and another's because they are fricking SLACK. DO NOT GO HERE. I WILL be contacting the Better Business Bureau!! Since they can't return a damn call. Done called 4 to times. Talk to one women that took all my info down and wrote what the problem was for the manager, but so happens "both managers were on vacation" ,honestly that's poor management... Thank u that is all
