Worst dealership I've ever done business with!!! So beyond rude. They kissed my butt when I pulled in with my boyfriends brand new truck. They take my check stubs and see that I make the minimum amount to finance a car, they were so rude I walked out crying.
I always take my car to Lancaster Motor Company whenever it is time for any tune up, oil change, etc. This is about the 4th Cadillac we have bought there and always take it there to be serviced. Willie and the others are always very nice, knowledgeable and professional. That's the only place I will take my car.
