If I could give this place a zero I would tried twice to deal with this dealership... salespeople bare rude and unhelpful last time I bought a Hyundai in York I shoulda learned my lesson the first time
Having issues with my 2011 Soul, brought it in for the noise I was hearing and was told 'older souls make noise.' I left and the noise which sounds like a lawnmower in my car continues to get worse, I come back and they give me the same technician who again doesn't hear the noise and then they trade it off to the foreman who I'm supposed to ride with to tell him what noise I hear. Traded in my charger for a equinox...was told by salesman that the car was sound...had the car 3 days and transmission went out. They replaced it with a rebuilt and still having problems with tranny. Took the car in for oil change after a 1 month and the head gasket was bad with antifreeze in oil... they would only pay me 291 dollars of the 750 dollars it cost. This place will not work with us. Now the car is leaking inside and the floor is so wet. Only had car not even 3 months. I will file at the BBB.
Service dept was a huge pain to deal with and charged unfairly for a 'no problem found' issue with car still under full manufacturers warranty. Returning to the dealership is very unlikely
Andre and Dave were great to work with! I love my old Soul and love my new Soul! I would recommend Lancaster County Kia to anyone who is looking for a new car.
