My daughter bought her Kia forte there 2020 on March 5th of last year. Need to repair work done in September, she took her vehicle there because it was the dealer that sold her the car, and she paid enough for it. They referred her to LTM collision repair, worst place ever so is Kia. She took it where they referred her they told her to be two weeks a month and a half later we had to pick the vehicle up and take it to another mechanic to get the work done. RecommendedWalked in the door with the intentions of trading our Jeep in for a new Yellow Seltos and left with a new yellow Seltos. We both are very happy with our purchase. Staff was very friendly and greeted us right when we walked in the door. We had Jayson as our salesman and he made the process quick and easy and helped us look at other cars while we were there.
Had a good experience. I was in the business for 8 years and the guys handled everything beautifully. Howard and Ted were great and took car of everything.
this place is a joke they make you wait days and you don't hear anything. then when you ask for a proposal on why they keep wanting more money they want to call and tell you off. ✌✌ liars

Both my husband and I’s vehicles kicked the bucket and we were in desperate need for something reliable. Even with are poor credit, Howard and the finance team were able to get us approved for such a nice vehicle. Howard was THE best salesperson I have ever worked with. Even with everything being done on the phone, we were treated with the utmost respect. He was very honest, upfront, full of advice, and so pleasant to work with. I had bought a car there back in 2011. and I recently had it there because of a recall. They had to replace the whole engine because it under fell under the recall. They had my car for 2 months. I get it back and on the way back home from sitters my engine light came on. I been having issues with picking up my car since Jan 20th. There are alot of things wrong that wasn't before. having had an off putting experience about a year ago. I saw a car I was interested and decided to give them another try. Wrong choice. Nothing changed, same good ol boy attitude. I work in high end sales so I understand customer service. They seem to not value their customers or whether they sell an automobile. Just flippant responses, no interest in the customer needs. I'm glad they show their true colors right out of the gate. I can't imagine having to deal with this unprofessional attitude for the cars servicing also.
