Love Love Love!!!! The receptionist was so sweet, the nurse was very sweet BUT the dr was the BEST!!!! He made my 8yr old daughter feel sooooo comfortable, he made her laugh and he set her mind to ease!!!!!! Our pediatrician had her so terrified of drs that I almost couldn't get her to go to Urgent Care.
Checked in online from home, was given a wait time of 2 hours. Got to the Urgent Care about 20 minutes before my assigned time, and was given another hour of wait time. I was very disappointed in the amount of time we had to wait, as the waiting room had only 10 people, including myself, waiting to be seen. Aside from the wait time, the nurses, doctor and other staff were great!
Fast, Friendly, and very Efficient. Easy check in, wait times are provided on screen. Relaxed atmospher.
I took my son there for xrays of his arm. We arrived at 7pm. The receptionist checked us immediately & was pleasant. We waited about 15min & were called back to a room. The xray tech. Came in 15min later, took the xrays brought him back to the room to wait on results. We waited till 8:20pm. A woman came in & said we are still waiting for results to come back & We close at 9pm. We have been there two different times. Both were short waits, they do listen and do a good job explaining what they are doing. Good with the kids which is a plus.
Great place! Doctor was great with my 8yr old daughter! She was nervous to get X-rays and he joked with her and explained everything in a way she understood everyone was so kind! Nurses were so sweet and everyone there was polite and took great care of us while we were there!!
As good an experience as urgent care can be. My son saw Dr. Shannon Lieb and she was excellent. Calmed any fears I had (he had a head wound so I was anxious). Thoroughly checked him, great bedside manner, took the time to really explain. She asked him if he had questions, which I thought was great. He is 7 and I think that really made him feel better in a stressful situation. They have so little control at that age for him to be treated as a person with valid concerns and questions was appreciated.
