These apartments aren t terrible when they actually fix problems going on other than a bit outdated with yellow cupboards from the 70s and some carpet is older than my 21yr old son. Management is horrible at the moment and has been for a couple yrs. Ive had 6 times now they say they didnt receive my rent and then find it months later. I had to put a tracer on a money order to find out that they did get it and cashed it. This time they wanted to evict me for lack of rent but got my receipts. Dont even waist your time with this place. The apartment manager is beyond rude. This lady shouldnot work around people. She refuses to let you look at the apartment before you sign a 1 year lease and also wanted me to contact a dead landlord from 10 years ago (the only time I rented). I also drove over an hour to fill out application only for her to have me come while she was at lunch and then she did not tell me everything I needed to bring. Ive lived here for awhile and its really not that bad people should stop complaining
Cheap, decent place to live for the money. Management changes often as does the maintenance staff. The current maintenance man "Craig" does a good job and is friendly. My biggest complaint (and yes I am a current resident) is that the management should move the dumpsters back to their original places (at the end of EACH driveway). They wonder why people have trash on their porches? The folks living almost do towards Sells road have to walk their trash about 1500 feet, all the way to the rear of the complex. Cmon!
